The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in an administrative capacity.
- Processing, verifying, and updating documentation related to HR activities such as legal employee documents, recruitment, performance management, statistics, and salary administration;
- Inputting payroll changes in Success Factors accurately and according to payroll deadlines;
- Ensuring the integrity of Success Factors data through standard auditing practices;
- Providing support to the recruitment process with the on-boarding of new employees;
- Supporting employees with enquiries and refer them to the appropriate person.
- Comparing data, statistics and other information and conduct research when required;
- Assisting with HR related duties as required.
- Assisting with Human Resources related projects.
- Student enrolled in a Post Secondary program focused in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience working at a remote work site is an asset;
- Proven commitment to health, safety and the environment;
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
- Exceptional ability to work within a diverse team;
- Attention to detail;
