Sucker Rod Crew Member

Pathfinder Inspections & Field Services is hiring a Crew Member for our Sucker Rod Division in Dickinson, ND.

This position supports daily rod operations, including preparing orders, tracking inventory, and maintaining tools and equipment. The right person is dependable, organized, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

- Follow all Pathfinder safety requirements

- Track rod and accessory inventory

- Prepare customer-specific rod orders

- Maintain tools and equipment

- Train and become proficient in the MIM inventory software program

- Complete tasks necessary to support daily division operations

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to work weekends when needed

Pay

$21–$26 per hour depending on experience and knowledge.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
