SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Stay aware of possible hazards. Maintain clean & organized work/staging areas. Perform daily inspections on equipment and report any defects or repairs needed to supervisor or maintenance personnel.

REQUIRED:

- 5 Years experience in Steel Fabrication/welding

or

- American Welding Society- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)

Additional Desired Certifications:

- Ultrasonic Inspector- Steel

- Magnetic Particle Inspector- Steel

Other Needed Skills:

- Reliable attendance

- Computer skills- MS Office, Bluebeam

- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural steel shop drawings

- Measurement and verification of steel structure fit-up

- Ensure conformance to certification requirements, job specifications, and required codes

- Enhanced positive communication skills

- Solid written and tracking skills

- Avid learner and continuous improvement

- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs on occasion

SCHEDULE

Ability to work 10 hr shifts 5 days/week plus occasional Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
