- BE PREPARED TO PASS A WELD TEST

Steel erectors work on active construction sites, often outdoors in various weather conditions and at significant heights. The work is physically taxing, requiring strength, stamina, balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination. A steel erector, also known as a structural ironworker assembles and installs the structural steel frameworks of buildings, steel decking and other large structures. It is a physically demanding and requires skill, precision, and a strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Have to pass a STICK WELD TEST
- Strong teamwork & communication skills
- Familiarity with bolting and alignment of steel structures
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks & lift heavy materials
