The Strategic Programs Manager plays a crucial role in advancing the organization’s strategic objectives by managing and coordinating CRW strategic planning analyses; performing complex data mining, and managing established strategic modeling products, designing innovative, feasible analyses to facilitate intra and inter-departmental strategic planning, provide cohesive development, implementation, and facilitation of complex projects, including framing, workflow, timelines, change facilitation, and presentations which advances CRW’s mission, vision, values and strategic priorities, including commitment to ensuring business diversity in CRW’s procurement practices, and ensuring alignment with regulations.
This position drives the organization’s economic inclusion programs and ensures that rules and regulations are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards. The incumbent will collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to integrate these elements into a cohesive strategy that supports organizational growth, regulatory compliance, and inclusivity.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in data science, business diversity program management, business development, statistical modeling, regulatory oversight, or related fields.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in developing and executing business diversity programs, managing MWDBEs, and economic inclusion programs.
- Highly skilled in organizational effectiveness initiatives, strategic planning, and outcome evaluation.
- Proficient in project management tools, database applications, and reporting systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of bid evaluation processes, including the ability to assess bid responsiveness, ensure adherence with diversity requirements, and track subcontractor participation.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical, analytical software (Microsoft Excel and Access, common statistics programs, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, public administration, data analytics, economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
