- Foster, maintain, and expand strong working relationships with all internal and external project stakeholders.
- Manage project documents and data across DOE cloud-based systems and internal Generac databases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Policy, and other teams to identify and cultivate new opportunities in key markets or with existing customers where Generac’s products and services can add value.
- Coordinate meetings, timelines, and communications with internal and external stakeholders when assessing new markets and opportunities.
- Oversee the entire proposal process—from opportunity assessment to project launch.
- Manage communications, meetings, documentation, and timelines throughout project development, launch, and sustainment.
- Identify opportunities for project optimization as well as potential issues, constraints, or risks, and communicate them to stakeholders and leadership as appropriate.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, ask the right questions, and present findings through reports, briefings, or visualizations.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Smartsheet, or other cloud-based data management systems.
- Familiarity with or direct experience in solar energy and/or battery storage.
- Prior work in utilities, energy production/distribution, or renewable technologies.
- Experience with government contracts or grants, particularly with the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, or other federal agencies (as a civilian or contractor).
