About The Role

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various electric utility projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver value. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize and monitor inter-connected projects across departments

- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables

- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities

- Lead and evaluate project managers and team members

- Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies

- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors

- Report program status and escalate issues as needed

- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and business goals

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Program Manager (preferably in the electric utility industry or a related field).

- In-depth knowledge of electric utility systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

- Demonstrated success in managing financials, schedule and change control, involving project sponsor and stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Excellent Customer and Executive Management relationship skills  .

- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and facilitate focused and cross-functional meetings and calls.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in the electric utility industry

- Strong understanding of project/program management techniques.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
