- Lead and manage both internal and external team stakeholders through all phases of the program’s design & development, execution, and closeout, consistent with established delivery processes to meet scope, schedule, budget
- Collaborate between multiple project managers, project specialists and multiple project stakeholders
- Employ quality management processes to effectively, plan, execute, monitor and control all program activities
- Employ schedule management proficiencies to effectively plan, schedule, and deliver the program’s projects within the designated program time objective (success) parameters
- Responsible for overall program cost and schedule management
- Expand competence in integration management to align resources for optimal program success
- Schedule and facilitate program and project meetings. Chair program level co-ordination and progress review meetings
- Prepare and coordinate program reporting
- Coordinate and report on yearly program planning
- Participate in individual project calls to align programmatic projects with program efforts
- Manage and monitor overall program and project budgets
- Oversee the program procurement strategies, RFP development, and bid evaluations
- Ensure program consistency in project delivery and standards
- Manage interdependencies, risks and overall benefits realization
- Identification and management of program risks and opportunities
- Provide progress and cost reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain program action logs
- Supplier/Vendor performance management- 10+ years' experience managing projects/programs and teams within the utilities, natural gas, civil, electrical, mechanical, or other related disciplines
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering or Equivalent. M.S. preferred MBA preferred, PMP preferred
- Expanded comprehension in project management guidelines, standard, processes, and job aids
- Capability to efficiently perform duties under stringent deadlines, schedules, and conditions.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
- Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
- Strong financial management skills with the ability to manage program budgets effectively
