Harnois Énergies is looking for a Strategic Procurement Agent like you! A hands‑on role, with diversified responsibilities, right at the heart of our operations! Your role as a Strategic Procurement Agent

You will play a key role in coordinating fuel deliveries, tracking procurement data, and keeping performance reports up to date.

- Place fuel orders based on forecasts and daily pricing;

- Manage purchase prices, delivery timelines, and conditions with suppliers;

- Support the Strategic Procurement Specialist and Director in their activities;

- Ensure communication between internal teams, suppliers, and customers;

- Collect data and analyze procurement performance;

- Maintain performance, trend, and forecasting reports;

- Process claims related to loading errors;

- Contribute to the search for new suppliers and the gathering of relevant information;

- Create and analyze statistics (compile and interpret data).

What we’re looking for in our next Strategic Procurement Agent:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;

- Education or experience in inventory management, logistics, or administration;

- Strong autonomy and the ability to manage multiple projects at once;

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;

- Strong written and spoken French and English, required to communicate with our English‑speaking suppliers.
