What You’ll Be Doing:

Identify potential clients through strategic outreach efforts, networking, and referrals.

Conduct thorough roof inspections (climbing ladders and walking on roofs is required).

•

Present customized roofing solutions that address homeowners' unique needs and concerns.

•

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by delivering top-notch customer service.

•

Close sales and ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurately completed.

•

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

What You Bring:

•

Self-motivated, driven, and willing to work hard to succeed.

•

Comfortable with physically demanding tasks like roof inspections.

•

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•

Ability to independently generate leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

•

Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel within your assigned territory.

•

Previous experience in sales, construction, or roofing is a plus, but not required.
