ServiceMaster of Charleston seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure efficient office operations, assist with administrative/technical tasks, and contribute to a productive work environment. Strong analytical skills and ethics are requirements.

As a Junior Disaster Restoration Analyst, you will be integral to the mitigation division’s success by providing essential administrative support. Reporting to the Senior DR Analyst and DR Coordinator, your core analytical, organizational, and technical skills will assist with auditing files for completion and accuracy. You will audit files across multiple programs to ensure that all required documentation is collected and all required procedures/guidelines are followed. Your relevant experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook will further enhance our workflow, allowing you to collect, organize, analyze, and convey information that may be harder to see or understand at a glance.

You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a background check, and have a clean driving record. This is a drug-free workplace.
