•Responds to emergency calls
•Performs and supervises water damage, carpet cleaning/floor cleaning, fire and smoke damage projects. LEAD WATER TECH. CERTIFIED
•Maintains knowledge of all IICRC S500 Standards
•Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation, and performing acceptance tests
•Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements
•Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. LEAD WATER TECH. CERTIFIED
•Respects and maintains the confidentiality of company, client and personnel information
•Communicates details of all projects such as detailed drawings, moisture mapping, temperature readings, dehumidifier readings, customer concerns and requests, and all other tasks considered customary and standard for the position. LEAD WATER TECH. CERTIFIED
•Participates in personnel selection; provides or coordinates personnel training; sets written expectations for assigned personnel; coaches, develops and holds personnel accountable for meeting expectations; works with employees to correct deficiencies; implements discipline procedures; completes employee evaluations and development plans for career success in the Company
•Provides leadership and vision to the Company by assisting the staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans
•Overseas content, production, and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials with director, designer, and project manager. LEAD WATER TECH. CERTIFIED
•Ensures client and vendor file integrity (documents, analytical information where required, communication notations, etc.)
•Prepares trucks and equipment for emergencies
•Assesses damage at the client’s property and attends to it. LEAD WATER TECH. CERTIFIED
•Sets up and monitors equipment
•Takes pictures and documents progress of loss
•Performs demolition of loss, if necessary
•Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment. LEAD WATER TECH. CERTIFIED
•Ensures that all assigned personnel are thoroughly trained in their duties and responsibilities, including safety precautions
•Demonstrates a positive image of the Company to staff and clients; this shall include oral and written communication and visual presentation
•Implements best practices to aid the Company in meetings its vision and mission and in achieving Company goals. LEAD WATER TECH. CERTIFIED
•Attends all Company meetings and daily production meetings for job updates

Qualifications
•Proven experience in water damage restoration and mold remediation
•Strong knowledge of fire restoration techniques
•Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to the restoration industry
•Familiarity with carpet cleaning and asbestos abatement processes
•Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
•Prior experience in the restoration industry is preferred
