The Staff Accountant plays a vital role in supporting accurate and timely financial operations across the business. You’ll manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance — all within a fast-paced, growing organization. - Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- General Accounting & Bookkeeping

Financial Systems & Reporting Support

Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 2–4 years of experience in a staff accounting or AP/AR role

- Familiarity with accounting software (Odoo preferred; QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage a plus)

- Working knowledge of GAAP and reconciliation best practices

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice to have

- Experience in fuel, logistics, construction, or industrial services

- Knowledge of sales tax compliance or fuel tax reporting

- Experience with ERP implementations or systems integrations

- Strong analytical skills
