Overview:

Provides recruitment support for the Human Resources department and managment.This role handles full-cycle recruitment, with an emphasis on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to find, attract, and hire top talent, contributing to the organization's growth and success. A high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and tact are a required traits for this position.

Responsibilities:

Esential Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.


- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, using various platforms and channels.

- Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and the competitive landscape to anticipate talent needs.

- Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners to understand specific role requirements and business needs.

- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Evaluate and enhance recruiting processes to optimize efficiency and impact.

- Contribute to building and promoting the company's employer brand through various initiatives and events.

- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

- Screen candidate resumes

- Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates

- Administer appropriate company assessments

- Make recommendations to company hiring managers

- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers

- Follow up on the interview process status

- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

- Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process

- Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

- Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

- Complete timely reports on employment activity

- Conduct reference checking; extends job offers; runs background checks/pre-employment drug screens; conducts new-employee orientations

- Maintain an efficient filing system for employee and company records;

- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and university board, etc.;

- Attend job fairs and career events;

- Work on special projects and assist with all other areas of the HR department.


Qualifications:

- Excellent oral communication skills with customers, co-workers, vendors, executive management members in face-to-face one-on-one settings, in group settings, or via telephone.

- Must be fluent in written and oral use of the English language.

- Must possess highly advanced PC skills including training and knowledge of various software packages. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business records and reports. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, vendors, or the general public.


Education/Experience:

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing.

- A proven record of successful full-cycle recruiting and developing effective sourcing strategies.

- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and technologies.

- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices;

- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills;

- Strong organizational and time management skills;

- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

- Comfortable with change

- Travel – 10%


Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Math Ability:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other report writing and project planning software. Experience working with ADP Payroll software system is essential.
