We’re seeking a sharp, business-savvy Senior Sales Analyst to help bring the story of impact to life. Sitting at the intersection of client success, analytics, and revenue strategy, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional space and knows how to transform raw data into revenue-driving insights.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to build reporting solutions that demonstrate clinical and financial value. From presales through renewals, you’ll equip stakeholders with the metrics, models, and storytelling frameworks they need to win—and retain—strategic clients.
- Own reporting design across the client lifecycle: presales, onboarding, performance, and renewal
- Develop and maintain ROI calculators, cost-avoidance models, and client-facing reporting tools
- Use historical client data to identify trends, build baselines, and quantify performance impact
- Support strategic business reviews with tailored insights, dashboards, and polished executive presentations (PowerPoint and beyond)
- Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover sales opportunities and validate ROI scenarios
- Translate complex healthcare datasets (claims, clinical, EHR, etc.) into usable business frameworks
- Partner with finance, marketing, and data teams to create scalable, repeatable analytics assets
- Build playbooks and tracking systems for contract realization, upsells, and retention
- Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Product, and C-Suite
- Present data in ways that influence strategy and spark alignment
- Act as an internal consultant, proactively recommending insight-driven actions
- 4–7 years in healthcare analytics, pre-sales, or client-facing solution strategy. Backgrounds in Project Management and Business Analysis are welcome.
- Strong grasp of healthcare data sources (claims, lab, patient-reported outcomes, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills + proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker- High proficiency in PowerPoint; skilled at building polished, executive-ready presentations
- Experience with business case development and performance modeling
- Strategic thinker with an operator’s mindset—you connect data to dollars
- Stellar communicator who can turn metrics into meaningful client conversations
- Bonus points for experience in digital health, DME, RPM, or population health
