is seeking an

to drive innovation by translating emerging technology trends into actionable product roadmaps and business solutions. You will lead a diverse team of Transformation Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Data Leads, and PMO members to execute strategic transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional fusion teams onsite to ensure solutions are aligned with refinery and manufacturing business needs. You will define and implement foundational and transformational capabilities through road mapping and enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with the broader enterprise application portfolio. You will also play a key role on the IT leadership team, managing 4–10 FTEs and supporting SMG/ExT to maintain a reliable and secure applications environment across both onsite and offsite teams.

is a highly complex refinery located 18 miles east of Houston in Deer Park, TX. It is part of the Pemex group, a fully integrated oil company in the Americas, working across the entire value chain: exploration, production, industrial processing/refining, logistics, and marketing.
