- Experience: 10-25 years in I&C design on Oil & Gas, Refining, and/or Petrochemical projects
- Technical Skills: Expert AutoCAD, complex P&ID development, advanced PLC/DCS design
- Leadership: Design budget development, team prioritization, complex project management
- Communication: Exceptional written, spoken, and interpersonal abilities
- Physical: Heavy industrial facility expertise, advanced field evaluation skills
- Complex control panel design and wiring expertise
- Advanced NEC-hazardous area system design
- Construction package leadership ($1MM to $30MM TIC)
- Drawing consistency and quality error detection/solution
- Vendor document review and integration capabilities
- A.A.S. or higher in engineering or related discipline
- INtools (SPI) mastery
- Comprehensive electrical design experience
- Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) expertise
- Industrial facility maintenance/reliability/projects experience

- Able to sit/stand, type, and perform computer work for long periods of time.
- Frequent use of hands/fingers for computer entry and answering calls.

- Visual acuity sufficient for reading documents, computer screens, and technical materials.
