Primary Purpose
The Sr. Analyst Organizational Effectiveness will work closely with the HR Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and the Director of HR Strategy to:
•Help design and conduct organizational research related to employee experience, organizational culture, and HR program/initiative effectiveness
•Support efforts to assess Exelon as a potential Employer of Choice and support initiatives to help further Exelon's progress towards that objective
•Support efforts to create and implement the Exelon Employee Value Proposition This individual will also have the opportunity to support various organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR organization.
Primary Duties
•Help lead the annual Employee Engagement / Pulse survey efforts (design, planning, program management, administration/implementation, data management, analysis, preparing results, action planning support)
•Support additional organizational research related to employee experience, organizational culture, and HR organization/program/initiative effectiveness
•Support efforts to create and implement the Exelon Employee Value Proposition
•Support additional organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR organization
•Help assess Exelon as a potential Employer of Choice and support initiatives to help further Exelon's progress towards that objective
•Help manage and enhance the organization's Exit and Stay Interview program (an employee retention initiative)
Job Scope
•Works independently, with guidance in complex situations
•Works under minimal supervision.
•Reports to Manager HR Organizational Effectiveness
•Works with Director of HR Strategy and other HR Strategy Team Members and leaders
•Interacts with HR Managers, HRBPs, and TMOD SMEs across Exelon
Minimum Qualifications
•4-7 yrs exp in organizational research, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or other related discipline.
•Bachelor's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or other related discipline.
•Expertise and experience in supporting organizational employee engagement survey research or similar research efforts Expertise and experience in supporting organizational behavior, culture, or similar research efforts
•Expertise in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or other related disciplines
•Expertise in organizational research design and data management/analysis
Preferred Qualifications
•Post graduate studies or other certifications in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or other related discipline.
•Experience developing and implementing Employee Value Propositions Understanding of Employer of Choice designations, meaning, and metrics

•Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $84,800.00/Yr. – $116,600.00/Yr.
