Summary
As a Senior D365 Functional Analyst at Total Power, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of D365 F&O and provide functional support to our team members. You will be responsible for engaging with business users, documenting/specifying requirements, and implementing solutions developed using D365 F&O.
You are a seasoned, proactive problem solver with a passion for technology, and a proven track-record of taking business requirements through to value-add solutions within D365 F&O.
What You’ll Do – The Role (Responsibilities)
•Lead continued innovation and drive business efficiencies, following the recent implementation of D365 F&O.
•Contribute to business success from the analysis to design: Engage with business users across all departments and recommend/implement best practices.
•Create functional design documentation that leverages your experience and understanding to address business problems and improve operational efficiency.
•Assist with the implementation of solutions through training, documentation and support: Get best-practice knowledge and understanding to Subject Matter Experts so they can help their local teams.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to collaborate with business stakeholders
What You Need (Requirement)
•Must have at least 5+ years functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / F&O
•Previous experience working on mid/large-scale D365 F&O implementations including multi-country, multi-currency, disparate lines of business.
•Deep functional experience in D365 F&O operations: Order-to-Cash & Procure-to-Pay workstreams.
•Previous experience in leading projects and engaging with business users.
•Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
•Demonstrable experience working with cross functional teams
•Must be able to have fun.
•Fluent in both English and French languages.
Working Conditions
•Some travel may be required.
•Manual dexterity is required to use a laptop computer and peripherals.
•Work with others in the Company to exceed Company objectives.
•Follow all Company Health and Safety Policies and Guidelines and Privacy Policies.
•In the case of a power outage or declared State of Emergency by any level of Government, be available for work.
