Sr. Analyst - Compliance

Job Summary

The Sr. Analyst – Compliance plays a central role in ensuring that Compliance initiatives are timely executed and powered by data-driven decision making. This high-impact individual contributor role offers hands-on ownership of projects, deep involvement in data analysis and governance, and the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements in a collegial and high-integrity environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in project management and data analysis within a Compliance or risk-based environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Project Management

Data Analysis, Reporting, & Governance

Compile, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to create usable and accurate datasets.

Technology Administration & Optimization

Partner internally and externally to troubleshoot or optimize key Compliance systems.

Qualifications

Proven ability to gather, analyze, and visualize data; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.

Skills & Experience

Self-starter with a high sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity.
