Key Responsibilities
•Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your co-workers through the implementation of and participation in proactive safety activities.
•Support the financial cycle for the district (financial closings- monthly, quarterly, annually)
•Sustain operational budget/forecast process and variance analysis with Excel modeling
•General Ledger review and monthly reconciliation reviews.
•Assist finance/operations in compiling and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•Provide support for maintenance of CAPEX requests and reporting
•Perform standard and ad hoc analyses for management
•Assist operations personnel to track, record and reconcile daily plant performance andamp; production
•Assist with audit and compliance request, document procedures and controls
•Maintain internal controls
•Assist operations in inventory analysis and physical inventory counts
•Collaborate and communicate with leaders to assist with data collection, data analysis, and data visualization.
•Utilize statistics, forecasting, and modeling techniques to deliver data relevant to current business conditions and supports business planning.
•Support operations through data analysis to highlight variables within the process and potential correlations.
•Compile data from multiple sources including spreadsheets and databases.

Minimum Education And Experience
•Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
•2-5 years of finance/accounting experience (manufacturing environment a plus)
•Prior inventory experience preferred
•Enterprise system experience (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP)
•Data system analysis experience (a plus)
•Excellent oral and written skills
•Capable of managing multiple tasks: time management, planning, and organizational skills

•Interaction with Division and Corporate support staff
•Self-motivated; Able to work in a team environment
•Exceptional interpersonal skills- verbal and written
•Demonstrated ability in financial/business analysis
•Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
