Eclipse is seeking a
Specialty Services Supervisorto lead field operations based out of Sylvan Lake, AB. This is a full-time, role requiring both technical expertise and strong operational oversight.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading specialty logging operations in the field, operating specialty tool strings, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves frequent travel to remote locations across Western Canada and requires the ability to work independently.
- Operate and oversee specialty tool strings, including logging-related services
- Plan, coordinate, and execute jobs in collaboration with dispatch and clients
- Ensure strict compliance with all company and client safety standards and procedures
- Maintain and manage equipment readiness, maintenance, and inventory
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting in the field
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and service delivery
- Complete accurate job reporting and documentation
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Minimum 3–5 years of oilfield experience
, with a strong background in
wireline/e-line logging operations
- Strong working knowledge of logging tools, systems, and downhole operations
- Warrior knowledge an asset
- Proven ability to work independently in remote locations and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (or equivalent)
- Ability to travel frequently and work in varying field conditions
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
