- Develop strategies and integrated plans with a focus on achievable timeframes and end-user adoption and sustainment.

- Demonstrate success in building relationships among functional and technical stakeholders for understanding and planning work.

- Facilitate scope definition with the business and clarify level of support required of the team.

- Assess changes and stakeholder impacts resulting from initiatives and projects.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.

- Track and report on progress towards meeting scope, budget and timeline requirements.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and other key partners.

- Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams through the transition.

- Identify and/or lead process reductions, improvements, and innovations.

- Conduct change readiness assessments and monitor change adoption.

- Manage integrated management system (IMS) processes as assigned by the Manager Initiative & Change Management.
