Cameco is looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented, team player to join the organizational change management team in the support of the company’s various initiatives including technology, process, and digital transformation.
- Focus on the people side of change, to help ensure Cameco realizes the benefits of the various projects and initiatives within the company.
- Be responsible for stakeholder impact analysis and developing and executing change management plans (communications, training, resistance management, coaching and reinforcement).
- Pride yourself in building relationships with key stakeholders and view change management as an art as well as a science, focusing on the heart and the mind to achieve the desired behaviour change.
- Work closely with sponsors, project managers and stakeholders to ensure the goals of the project are achieved and Cameco realizes the intended benefits.
- Occasionally travel to site/northern operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, adult education, or a related discipline
- Five to eight years of applicable work experience
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- An aptitude for technology and computer applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Change management certification such as PROSCI
- SAP experience
- Microsoft SharePoint experience
