Solar PV (electricity) has recently become an affordable option for most homeowners in Florida. Most homeowners will achieve total payback on their installations in less than 8 years on equipment that is warrantied by the manufacturer for 25 years+. We are a rapidly growing solar development company offering the highest commissions in Florida.
· Very strong in current business technology, Outlook, emails, scheduling, CRM, invoicing, estimating and more. We will teach you, but this should be very natural for you.
· Fearless to make phone calls and persistent with follow ups. It is absolutely critical to maintain and self motivate your own pipeline of follow ups. We are seeking someone who doesn’t need to be taught sales. In the beginning all they will need to do is deliver a basic value proposition and then set up a call with the company owner or Sales Director.
· Note taking and detail oriented – very important so we are all on the same page.
· Business acumen. Ability to decipher between what is real and what is not. Don't waste your own time with bad leads and tire kickers. We will teach you the difference.
· The ability to understand a wide range of complicated topics with solar (finance, construction, feasibility parameters, sales) as well as be able to communicate them in a simple and straightforward fashion.
· Nearby – someone who can work in the office in Palm City for a reliable time period every week. The schedule itself is highly flexible.
· Ability to sustain financially without immediate additional income beyond the base salary. Eventually you will grow to have commissions far outweigh the base salary.

· Develop and maintain spreadsheets with notes and follow ups. It is critical that you maintain your own records, with follow ups and action items, compensation, and more.
1. Self starter – being a self starter is essential for this job. We don’t buy leads, we generate our own. We can teach you everything you need to know about selling solar, and we can show you our proven method of generating your own high quality prospects and help you close the deal, but it is up to you to go out and find leads. There is an overwhelming demand for solar in Florida right now.
2. Organized – it is up to you to maintain your own schedule and maintain contact with your prospect pipeline.
3. Integrity – unlike countless solar sales agencies, we don’t abide high-pressure sales. We use the educational, consultive approach to selling solar. Our clients are making decisions about investments that start at minimum of around $30,000 and that is a decision that needs to be made with a trusted ally, not a high-pressure salesman. We will tell the client the truth about what to expect from their solar system and let the chips fall where they may.
