Want to sell solar but don’t want to go door to door? Then we want you! Phone Sales Solar position. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and building strong relationships with customers. This is a 100% commission job. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of technology sales, lead generation, and business development strategies. Responsibilities
•Develop and manage a designated sales territory to achieve sales targets.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
•Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
•Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.
Requirements
•Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or software solutions.
•Prior Solar Sales Experience Preferred
•Strong territory management skills with a focus on achieving sales goals.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
•Ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities independently.
•Knowledge of market trends related to technology sales is highly desirable.
•Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships effectively.
•A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
