Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, Zoom meetings, and in-home presentations to connect with potential customers in the Portland metro area.

Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and Sunward Power’s renewable energy solutions, including solar panel installation and battery installation.

Build lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and care.

Work with our closing team to finalize deals and secure contracts.

Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead in the solar industry and help customers navigate Oregon’s renewable energy goals, like the 2030 target of reducing greenhouse gases to below 80% baseline levels.

Desired Qualifications:

· Previous sales experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidates!

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport.

· Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a passion for sustainability and energy independence.

· Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working independently.

· Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a cell phone with a data plan.

Compensation:

Base Pay : Guaranteed monthly salary.

Commission Structure: Earn commissions for each successful sale, with no earning cap!
