We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Roofing professional to join our team. This role involves working on residential and commercial properties to install, maintain, and repair solar roofing systems.

Duties

- Install solar panels on rooftops according to specifications and safety standards.

- Assess roofs for structural integrity and suitability for solar installations.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar roofing systems.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines, expectations, and any issues that may arise.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar roofing.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in roofing or construction; experience with solar installations is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.

- Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

- A valid driver's license is preferred for travel to job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.74 - $34.61 per hour
