Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solar Sales Representative. This role involves engaging with potential customers to promote solar energy solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through various channels. Duties

- Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to generate leads and close sales in the solar energy market.

- Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services effectively.

- Provide technical knowledge about solar systems to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy.

- Demonstrate strong customer service skills by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- Engage in negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.

- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall sales performance.

- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales or energy sales, preferably within the solar industry.

- Familiarity with marketing techniques and strategies relevant to renewable energy solutions.

- Proficiency in CRM software; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is essential.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $370,000.00 per year
