Solar Lease Buyer

Are you an experienced lease acquisition professional who thrives on building trust and closing deals directly with landowners? We’re looking for a Solar Lease Buyer to join our team in the Southeastern U.S.—a key role in our solar development process focused on securing leases for utility-scale solar projects.

This position requires travel by plane or rental car to project areas in AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, TN, VA, every other week. Travel schedules will vary based on workload. All travel expenses are covered by Client (no per diem).

As a Solar Lease Buyer, your primary responsibility will be contacting landowners to negotiate and secure solar lease agreements. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure the successful execution of agreements while maintaining professional relationships with landowners.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in negotiation, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of land acquisition processes for renewable energy projects.
