Join the SUNFORCE SOLAR team, a leading provider of solar energy solutions, in our search for motivated individuals to fill the role of Solar Appointment Setters. As part of our team, you'll help expand our customer base by generating leads and scheduling appointments for our Solar Energy Consultants.
Responsibilities:
•Door-to-door outreach: Interact professionally with homeowners to identify potential customers.
•Qualify leads: Assess suitability for solar solutions and understand homeowners' energy needs.
•Educate homeowners: Learn about our offerings to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy.
•Schedule appointments: Set meetings between homeowners and our Energy Specialists.
•Manage CRM: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
•Meet goals: Hit monthly and quarterly appointment targets.
Qualifications:
•Experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Interest in solar energy and sustainability.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Goal-oriented and professional demeanor.
•Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
