We’re a fast-growing solar operations company partnering with licensed solar contractors throughout California. We focus on quality workmanship, safe installs, and long-term partnerships with experienced installers.
We’re currently hiring skilled solar installers on a part-time 1099 subcontractor basis to join our crew and work directly under an experienced Crew Lead.
- Assist the Crew Lead with installing residential and small commercial solar systems
- Perform racking, panel mounting, wiring prep, conduit runs, and site cleanup
- Follow all OSHA, CAL/OSHA, and safety protocols
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with the team
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on solar installation experience
- Skilled with solar tools, racking systems, and general roof work
- Comfortable working on roofs and in various weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation and a Driver's License
- Willing to work as a 1099 independent subcontractor (with potential to transition into a W-2 employee)
- Must maintain all required state and federal safety certifications — Company is not liable for any lapse in compliance
