What Are The Roles Of The Position? - We currently have a VERY high-demand for those interested in a role as a solar installation technician. Your primary responsibility will be to work as a part of a team to provide high-quality solar installations throughout our community and the Central Texas region.

What Are The Requirements? - Although previous construction experience is definitely a plus, it is not a must have, and Allegiance Solar will provide you with the training necessary to make you competent and confident within the different aspects of solar installation. We can provide you with ALL the information, knowledge, and strategies you need to help you become VERY successful within this industry, and establish a rewarding and lucrative career, but the one thing we CANNOT provide you with is the motivation and hunger to be successful, this is something that ONLY YOU can bring to the table. Those that are willing to PUT IN THE EFFORT will have an opportunity to take their lives to a new level of personal and financial success.
