The

Role

:

We're hiring a Solar Installer with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience. You should

be able to independently manage installations from start to finish, including panel

mounting, racking, inverter placement, and wire runs. A company truck will be provided,

and you'll have the support of our engineering and operations teams - but we expect you to

own your projects and deliver quality work without needing supervision.

Key

Responsibilities :

- Complete residential and small commercial solar PV installations

- Interpret layout drawings and follow installation best practices

- Perform racking, panel, inverter, and wiring installations

- Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld

- Communicate with project coordinators as needed for job progress

- Maintain a clean and organized work site

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience installing solar systems (rooftop or ground-mounted)

- Able to manage job sites with minimal oversight

- Knowledge of Solar concepts (String sizing, wire sizing, affects of temperature coefficient etc..)

- Must be knowledgeable and Hands-on - certifications not required if you can demonstrate

expertise

- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/lifts

- Valid driver's license

- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs

- Punctual, responsible, and self-directed
