Responsibilities:

- Assist with site surveys and pre-installation walkthroughs.

- Read, interpret, and execute engineered plansets and designs.

- Install residential and light commercial solar systems, including:

- Enphase microinverters and SolarEdge optimizers.

- IronRidge racking systems and solar decks.

- Roof and ground-mounted systems, solar carports/canopies.

- Bending and running conduit to code.

- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites.

- Work collaboratively with project managers and electricians to ensure timely and high-quality installs.

Ideal Candidate:

- 1-2 years experience installing solar

- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.

- Experience with solar decks, pipe bending, and structural mounting.

- Knowledge of basic electrical systems is a plus.

- Familiarity with NABCEP standards and OSHA safety protocols is highly preferred.

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to learn and grow.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, use hand/power tools, and work in a physically active role.

Preferred but not required:

- Experience with Enphase and/or SolarEdge equipment.

- Experience installing ground mounts or custom canopy structures.

- OSHA 10 or 30 certified.

- Electrical or general contracting background.
