Residential Solar Install Technician

Be part of a crew building clean energy solutions for homeowners. Our Install Technicians work alongside experienced Foremen and Crew Leads to install high-quality residential solar systems safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Install PV mounting systems, rails, and solar modules

- Safely transport and stage materials on rooftops

- Assist with system installation and layout

- Follow all company and solar industry safety standards

- Support daily installation goals with your crew

Qualifications

- Experience in solar installation, roofing, or construction

- Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights

- Ability to lift and carry installation equipment

- Familiarity with hand and power tools

- Team-oriented and safety focused

Nice to Have

- Solar installation experience

- Electrical knowledge or training

- NABCEP certification
