Responsibilities:
•Lead and supervise residential solar installation crews on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
•Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure proper use of materials and tools.
•Conduct site readiness assessments and confirm accuracy of system layouts prior to installation.
•Maintain clear, professional communication with customers to ensure a positive experience throughout the installation process.
•Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
•Provide hands-on support with installation tasks, troubleshooting, and problem-solving as needed.
•Collaborate with electricians and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
•Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation to maintain project timelines.
•Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and crew performance.
•Additional tasks assigned by Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
•3+ years of solar installation experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
•Strong knowledge of residential PV systems and components.
•Experienced in leading teams and coordinating installations under demanding field conditions.
•Valid OSHA 10 certification, or ability to obtain.
•Ability to accurately read and interpret solar plans and wiring schematics.
•Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
•NABCEP certification preferred, but not required.

Requirements:
•Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs. and work on your feet throughout long workdays.
•A valid U.S. driver’s license (active for a minimum of 4 years) with a clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past 4 years).
•Comfortable working at heights and ability to scale residential homes in varying weather conditions.
•Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
•Follow safety and company guidelines.
•Provide consistent updates on project progress, while ensuring all required documentation, reports, and daily jobsite paperwork are completed accurately and submitted on time.
•Willingness to travel within the state as required.
•Ability to operate hand and power tools.
