- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their energy needs and suitability for solar solutions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule consultations between interested customers and our solar experts.
- Incentive Promotion: Inform prospects about available incentives and promotions to encourage consultation bookings.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer information and appointment details in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to consultation.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointments set.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Access to exclusive solar products not offered by local competitors.
