As a Solar Consultant, you’ll be the face of our clean energy movement. You’ll educate homeowners on the benefits of solar, provide customized solutions, and guide them every step of the way toward a more sustainable future.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads and engage potential solar customers.
- Assess homeowners’ energy needs and recommend customized solar solutions.
- Build trust through educational, informative, and high-impact conversations.
- Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals with confidence for door-to-door leads and preset appointments.
- Use CRM and digital tools to manage leads, track progress, and follow up with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on solar technology, incentives, and industry trends.
- Proven sales experience (door-to-door, in-home sales, or similar). Solar experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and technology to stay organized and efficient.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
