Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms. This role will focus on developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and enhancing our online presence to connect with our audience effectively.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create compelling content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
•
Utilize video editing skills to produce engaging multimedia content that resonates with target audiences.
•
Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite for scheduling and analytics tracking.
•
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
•
Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing posts using Adobe Illustrator.
•
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with followers to foster community relationships.
•
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
•
Assist in advertising efforts by creating targeted ads that align with overall marketing objectives.
Experience
•
Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred.
•
Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing are essential.
•
Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite for social media management is a plus.
•
Excellent research abilities to identify trends and insights in the digital landscape.
•
Ability to manage relationships effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
•
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines.
