Job Title: Podcast Producer & Content Creator (Part-Time, Growth to Full-Time)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Podcast Producer & Content Creator to help launch, produce, and manage our company podcast and create video/social media content that strengthens our brand. This role requires prior professional experience in podcast production, video editing, and social media content creation.

This position will start part-time but is expected to grow into a full-time media leadership role as our marketing and outreach efforts expand.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Plan, record, and edit weekly podcast episodes (audio + video)

•

Coordinate guest bookings, topics, and production schedules

•

Film and produce short-form videos (job sites, behind-the-scenes, team features, customer stories)

•

Edit audio and video content using industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Audition, etc.)

•

Manage uploads across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social media platforms

•

Write and schedule engaging social media posts with strong captions and calls-to-action

•

Track analytics and provide recommendations to increase reach and audience engagement

Required Experience & Qualifications:

✅ Proven experience in podcast production (please provide examples or portfolio)

✅ Proven experience in video content creation and editing

✅ Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

✅ Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

✅ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

•

Graphic design or motion graphics (Photoshop, Canva, After Effects)

•

Familiarity with SEO strategies, hashtags, and social media trends

•

Experience running paid social media or YouTube ad campaigns
