Content Creator / On-Camera Video Host

Location: Rhode Island (On-site + Events) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible for the right candidate)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, engaging Content Creator who is comfortable on camera and excited to create short-form video content across multiple platforms. This role will focus on filming and producing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts for our growing solar, roofing, and HVAC divisions.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, interviewing people, attending events, and representing a brand in front of the camera.

Responsibilities

- Film short-form video content for:

- TikTok

- Instagram Reels

- Facebook Reels

- YouTube Shorts

- Appear on camera regularly as a brand representative

- Attend company events, job sites, and community events to capture content

- Conduct on-camera interviews with team members, customers, and partners

- Help plan engaging content ideas, trends, and storylines

- Capture behind-the-scenes, educational, and promotional content

- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team on brand messaging

Qualifications

- Comfortable and confident on camera (this is a must)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiar with short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

- Ability to engage people naturally in interviews and conversations

- Reliable transportation for local events and job sites

- Organized, creative, and self-motivated

- Prior content creation or social media experience preferred (portfolio or sample videos encouraged)

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

- Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)

- Experience in construction, solar, roofing, or HVAC industries

- Understanding of social media trends and analytics

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
