About the Role:
We are a small, growing construction business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator, immediately, to support our day-to-day operations. This is a 4-5 day a week position with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks while working closely with the business owner.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks (data entry, reconciliations, record keeping)
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Assist with basic HR functions (employee records, onboarding support, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to the owner as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or paper)
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration required
- Familiarity and proven experience with QuickBooks online
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
