Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will oversee shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of safety and quality. Your leadership will be crucial in managing a team of mechanics and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily shop operations and manage a team of mechanics.

- Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with industry standards.

- Coordinate scheduling and workflow to meet project deadlines.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control on all repairs and services.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a commercial transport mechanic.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in commercial transport repair.

- Excellent organization skills and pay attention to detail

- Experience computers, excel and word programs.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

- Red Seal Mechanic Certification
