- Pick up and deliver materials in Tube-Alloy vehicle when needed Operate vehicle consistent with Tube-Alloy safe driving manual.
- Remove and restock inventory in warehouse as required by inventory turns.
- Receive all freight shipments for company and distribute to appropriate department.
- Complete all documents related to shipping and receiving, i.e., warehouse movement ticket, bills of lading, etc.
- Assist inventory department’s periodic inventory inspection for deterioration prevention.
- Receive calls after normal working hours and take appropriate action.
- Maintain warehouse, trucks, forklift and other assigned assets in a clean and safe condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION: High School Degree or GED. Education requirements may be satisfied through alternative education and/or previous job experience.
EXPERIENCE: Forklift experience preferred. Work experience in a shipping/receiving department or previous work experience in another department of Tube-Alloy is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Requires basic math skills and ability to operate basic office equipment. Maintain a current driver’s license in state of residence and maintain insurability consistent with company’s insurance requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Class I (Vallourec Tube-Alloy Physical & Environmental Requirements)
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: As detailed in Minimum Training Requirements Manual.
REPORTS TO: Department Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person as applicable per facility
