Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Overview

We are seeking experienced Shipping and Receiving associates to join our team.

This role is crucial in managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring that all shipping and receiving processes are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, a strong understanding of inventory management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and orders.

- Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and labeling products for shipment.

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely to load and unload goods.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using RF scanners and MRP systems.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking and organization of warehouse space.

- Assist with e-commerce order processing, ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately.

- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.

- Package products securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit.

Requirements

- Recent experience with Shipping & Receiving.

- Experienced with UPS and Fed-Ex systems.

- Comfortable working with a computer and walking the floor.

- Comfortable working in a cold environment (our product are packaged meats).

Shifts:

(x1) 3pm-11:30pm, Monday to Friday.

(x2) 10pm-6am, Monday to Friday.

Pay: Based on experience and shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
