Shipping - Packing Helper (Dayshift)

JOB TITLE: Packing Helper

REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Leader

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: 1st Shift Position (6:45AM – 6:45 PM) 12 hour a day work schedule with rotating 2-days on/2-days off and every other weekend (2-2-3).

STARTING PAY: $20.05 per hour, with the ability to earn more.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packing Helper for our shipping department. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our aluminum products are packaged safely and efficiently. As a Packing Helper, you will assist in various tasks, from preparing materials for packaging to supporting the packing process to meet the demands of our production schedule. You will work closely with machine operators and other team members to ensure a seamless workflow, maintaining the quality standards that our customers expect.

This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. You will also be responsible for adhering to safety regulations while working in a fast-paced environment.
