Shipping/Packaging Technician

MONDAY - THURSDAY (FRIDAYS OFF!) 10 HOUR SHIFTS

Shipping/Packager

Position summary:

Work as part of a team having responsibility for packaging an entire product or component of a product.

Tasks:

· Touch up parts as needed

· Mark parts with stamp per part specification

· Produce labels per part specification

· Package parts per customer specification

· Traceability

· Keep supplies stocked for Department

· Report to Supervisor supplies depleted from Inventory

· Use and maintain hand tools, lifts and wrap machine in the Department

· Load/unload 53’ dry van, flatbed, Conestoga and/or cargo vans.

· Provide a detail paper trail of each packed manufactured part.

· All other task as assigned.
