The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a 2nd Class Operating Engineer to join our Maintenance Department in Sudbury, Ontario. This is a permanent position.

As a 2nd Class Operating Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation of boilers, cooling towers, chillers, reciprocating compressors, glycol cooling systems and associated auxiliary equipment. Your experience and skills will contribute to scheduled or emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance work to be done.

The successful candidate will have 2nd Class Operating Engineer Certification. Consideration for 3rd Class Certification with 2nd Class exams completed.
