What You’ll Do

As part of our production team, you will help cut, form, assemble, and ship custom HVAC ductwork made from flat sheets and coil stock. You’ll work with a variety of tools and equipment, including:

CNC lasers

Automated duct lines

Spiral machines

Press brakes

Shears

Roll formers

Welders

Power tools

Hand tools

This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where team members are cross-trained and expected to contribute wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Strong work ethic and willingness to stay productive throughout the shift

Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality

Positive attitude and ability to work well with others

Willingness to learn new skills and accept coaching

Ability to take responsibility for quality and accuracy of your work

Mechanically inclined

Able to read a tape measure

Experience with hand and power tools

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical environment

Able to work Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40–50 hours/week)

Preferred:

Prior sheet metal or manufacturing experience

Welding experience

HVAC duct knowledge

The Zinger brothers were innovative and understood the value of installing prefabricated duct. Under the ownership of Nelson Capestany, Henry’s son in law, the company grew by investing in machinery and manufacturing processes. David Capestany, the grandson of Henry Zinger, has continued to grow the company through expanded product offerings, technology and a culture of continuous improvement.
